Monique & Jason

Late last year I had the honor of working on a custom crest for Monique and Jason’s intimate wedding ceremony in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Monique wanted to use simple magnolia blooms to convey a classical, romantic vibe for her November nuptials. We spoke a couple of times about what she was looking for, and then I got to work on this crest for the sweet couple.

Monique and Jason were married in an intimate ceremony at the Ronthaler-Gramley House on the campus of Salem College. They were surrounded by magnolias in addition to their closest friends and family as they said “I do.” Monique used her crest on programs and napkins for the wedding day and has been excited to use it in other ways since the wedding, including customized cups used during their honeymoon and beyond.

Crests are such a great way to bring personality to any wedding or event. They take on the personality of the couple and can be used in lots of ways after the big day. What’s more is that crests can be designed for lots of other events than weddings!

Monique and Jason are now enjoying their life together, and we can spend the morning enjoying these lovely photographs by Steph Skardal. Thank you, Monique and Jason for the opportunity to be even a small part of your most special day!
